My eldest child has T1D. He was diagnosed on September 12th 2015, together as a family we are learning everything we can about this fascinating autoimmune disease. I will often write here in this blog my trials and tribulations in regards to all of it. This is a heavy burden on my sweet little by and of course on the many people who care so deeply about him. There are many advancements and he may even see a cure in his lifetime! We are just hopeful he will live a normal and happy life with little regard to this small setback. We are involved in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and we are connecting with local and global people who share the same disease.
